Every year in memory of my own Mother and the thousands of other courageous Women who have fought and are fighting the battle of Breast Cancer, I participate in the Revlon Walk in L.A.... If you never have, you should definately consider....very inspiring & uplifting...and a great way to help FIGHT Womens Cancers.

Well, well, so Sidity debuts in Las Vegas's KIDSHOW @Bally's last month (Feb) and gets showcased to many buyers of Retail Stores and Boutiques from around the world. The set up was great and Sidity was definately excited to be in a room full of potential! Lots of positive feedback flowed our way which definately opens doors for great opportunities!!! So Stay Tuned!...

So While in Vegas we also had a chance to check out "MAGIC" @Hilton, literally this is where all the "magic" happens! Where the "Big Dogs" of the Fashion Industry, the "finer lines", the "established" lines, and the "up & booming" lines showcase and $b-u-s-i-n-e-s-s$ takes place. It's always exciting to see whats what as far as fashion trends BEFORE it hits the shelves of Retail stores several months later. It's especially cool to see whats gonna be HOT (in the childrens market) esp since I have a little girl, who by the way, rocked our Fall '09 "Afro Notes" Sidity Shirt, which everyone loved, and strutted her stuff even past security with her own little VIP badge :)

BUT, with all the Fashion Venues going on at the different Hotels, I couldn't head back home without going to the Christian Audigier's venue "When I Move You Move" (WIMYM)@Ceasars. The theme was "Western" and they did an Absolutely Fabulous job! From the Black Stallions greeting you at the entrance, to their Stable Runway Show, to the Live Saloon AD Photo Shoot, to the food, and the Great door gift...oh and did i mention all their collections....whew! I didn't know that they had soo many: Ed Hardy, Paco Chicano, Christian Audigier, SMET, Car Accessories, Snow & Motorcycle gear, etc., etc., I can go on and on...but the one I really REALLY loved is "Crystal Rock" which is actually a line designed by his daughter! Ladies, if you dont know...heads up..now ya do! Super cute, artistic, colorful, and hip! And if you have a little girl like myself look out for it because you are definately going to want her to have it! This venue was definately an inspiration for SIDITY...Can't wait to get on that level!!! Talking about money growing on trees :)

Just when I thought the end of the year was closing in on Sidity, a GREAT opportunity comes along! Sidity products will be used during taping of the next season of Bravo's hit docu-series "The Real Housewives of Orange County". Look out for us on the show, the show's website, and their personal blogs, as the kids of the show, Raquel, Alexa, Sidney, & Sophia were all given little Sidity gift bags to "flaunt" our clothing...

Press Release: Sidity Tee's Submitted for Consideration for a Spring '09 "Oprah Show" & "O Magazine"!

Now I've always wanted to be on the Oprah Show since shes always been one of my top Five people that I would like to meet. Let me back up and rewind for a minute and brag a little bit about how my little sister scored some tickets for me for a taping of her show when she was out here in Hollywood filming her Oscar Post Show in '06. There was nothing in the world that was gonna stop me from attending, the 3am wake up call nor my Big Belly being that I was 6mos pregnant at the time with my daughter. Never in a million years would I have guessed that 2 years later, in sponsoring a PR effort with other kid companies, Sidity (which was only an idea at that time) would be submitted for consideration for an upcoming Spring '09 "Oprah Show" and Print Ad for the "O" Magazine!!! How Wonderful!!! What a blessing that would be!!! All I can say is a little PR goes a long way, which also resulted in Sidity being able to make a donation to Oprah's Angel Network. What a great way to end the year, Whew....a lot of HARD work involved! I can't wait for 2009 to get here, hopefully I will be able to taste the fruits of my labor... Happy Holidays. Be Blessed....

Sidity to Debut at KIDShow Las Vegas February '09

Whew!!! This year flew by... I sure do wear a lot of hats :) Part of it has to do with working so hard on Sidity's 2009 Collection which will be showcasing at the KIDShow in Las Vegas, NV., February 2009. This collection is gonna have some "fresh" colors and some lil' "funky" or better yet "FONKY" designs! Can't wait to see the feedback, make great contacts with buyers, and hopefully move Sidity products into lots of retail stores/boutiques. Keep those fingers crossed!

Sidity's FIRST Magazine Print Ad! Wow, Exciting!!! I am very happy to have been given the opportunity & selected to Advertise in this issue. There's SOO much to learn about in regards to Marketing, PR & Advertising. I swear I went into the bookstore and left with about SIX books on the subjects. Don't even ask how I'm gonna fit in time to read them all... I can't even begin to tell you how EXPENSIVE Advertising in magazines are. Lets just say "Cha-Ching!!!. To advertise in "Time" Magazine would cost you $200,000 for a full-page color ad.
